Used-Kokusan 26" x 12" Solid Bowl Basket Centrifuge, stainless steel construction on product contact areas. Max bowl speed 2500 rpm (2300 x "G" force), top load, bottom unload, tri-pod suspension system, double motion plow assembly, skimmer assembly, feed pipe, top cover with inspection door, spindle bearing lubrication system, 11 kW main drive motor 220/3/60. Control system: The centrifuge control system will be housed in a two door NEMA 12 wall mount enclosure. A single point power input connection will be provided. Starters and motor circuit protective devices will be provided for the following: 11 kW (15 hp) basket drive motor, .72 kW (1 hp) unload speed motor, 09 kW (1/8 hp) lubrication pump motor, Allen Bradley Micrologix 1500 programmable logic controller and Panelview 550 will comprise the logic and operator interface for the system. Included are the following: NEMA 12 wall mount ventilated enclosure. Input circuit breaker and starters for the three drive motors. Control circuit transformer, EMI filter and protective devices for all 120 VAC power. DC power supplies to interface proximity limit switches and existing pneumatic valve manifold. Pulse rate transducer to PLC interface for rated measurement. Allen Bradley Micrologix 1500 PLC with enhanced dual com port "LRP" processor and appropriate expansion modules.
