USED: Rossi Catelli double effect evaporator, model T60, rated 48,400 lbs/hour water evaporation, feed rate of 60,000 lbs/hour, finished product rate of 12,000 lbs/hour, 316 stainless steel. Used to produce bulk paste or tomato purees. Also usable for the production of highly thick Hot Break tomato pastes (up to 2.5-3.0 cm on Bostwick scale). Downward forced flowing all effects. Includes circulation pumps, interconnecting piping, valves, etc.
