Used- American Process double spiral ribbon blender, model DRB-120, 120 cubic foot working capacity, stainless steel. Non-jacketed trough 48" wide x 120" long x approximately 52" deep. 6" diameter shaft, inner ribbon 1 1/2" wide x 3/4" thick, outer 3" wide x 1/2" thick. 10" diameter center bottom outlet with slide gate valve. Top cover with non-filtered bag dump with grate, and a stainless steel pulse jet bin vent dust collector, model PDC-200 with 2 hp blower. Mixer driven by a 100 hp, 3/60/208-230/460 volt, 1775 rpm motor thru a reducer, ratio 10.79:1, approximate ribbon rpm 45. Mounted on 4 legs, approximate 42" discharge height. Built 2000.
