Used- Niro/Bowen #1 Tower Gas Heated Spray Dryer, 316 stainless steel. Approximately 30'' diameter x 74' straight side x 36'' coned bottom chamber. Inlet air temp 500 deg C maximum. Airflow 250 cfm at 80 deg C. Approximately 5 to 40 KG/ hour (11-88 pounds an hour) water evaporation. Side access door. Mounted on a stainless steel frame. (1) Type 59-C-04 2 fluid bottom up nozzle assembly with a Moyno model B2A-SSR-AAA feed pump. Unit includes a control panel, air heater assembly (no gas train), cyclone; (1) New York high pressure blower, model A10, driven by an approximate 5 hp motor, rated 250 cfm; (1) C.P.E. pulse jet dust collector, model 58-NF-009-S, 304 stainless steel. 90 square feet filter area, rated 250 acfm at 375 deg F, air/cloth ratio 3.68:1 acfm/ square feet. (2) plastic tanks, (2) Lightnin agitators, collection jars, miscellaneous piping and parts. Built 2004.
